Experts analyze IT systems and processes to improve decision-making

Last year, the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation invited SoftServe experts to audit the Ministry’s State Statistics Service to find ways to improve the collection and processing of statistical data used for critical forecasting and decision-making purposes.

Once the audit was completed, SoftServe submitted a detailed report that described the existing systems used by Gosstat, their shortcomings, and a series of recommendations on how to improve and automate the Ministry’s processes.
