Pulse is designed to support both government leaders and entrepreneurs. Government officials will be able to access an objective overview of public service quality in a format that is convenient for analysis and based on big data. Entrepreneurs, in turn, will be able to share their experiences and, if necessary, request assistance in resolving issues they encounter.

As a result, business feedback will be digitized and transformed into what is called the Entrepreneur Satisfaction Score – an index that reflects the satisfaction level of entrepreneurs.
