Create a platform for education and courses on traditional Ukrainian embroidery

Previously, traditional Ukrainian embroidery was only widely seen in museums. As these styles have become increasingly popular among craftswomen, an interest in learning more about traditional embroidery has blossomed.

Combining rare photos and videos of ancient Ukrainian embroidery alongside schemes of ancient patterns and information about embroidery traditions from different Ukraine regions, the Prekrasa project was born.

SoftServe developed the platform needed to share these images and information. It’s now expanded to include online courses for embroidery patterns from across Ukraine so that crafters can create truly authentic pieces.
