Building website and platform to connect companies

Foundation ‘Rodzic w Mieście’ (the parent at the city) has created the project ‘Pracuję i Wychowuję’ (I work, and I bring up) that is all about balancing work and parenthood. The goal is to convince businesses to support working parents and prove to them it is a benefit to society and the employer. Foundation promotes good practices of socially responsible companies that face the challenge of managing a diverse group of employees, including parents.
