OpenTech volunteers are creating a new website for the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence to enhance communication and transparency. This website will utilize modern technologies to inform citizens about the MoU's activities, offer user-friendly access to information, and foster transparent, reliable communication, ultimately strengthening the MoU's image and public trust.
