In 2020, Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation invited SoftServe to review the Ministry’s processes and software to spot potential problems in its online service delivery. As a result, the Ministry

received a series of recommendations on how to improve regulatory and information support, as well as how to automatically exchange electronic documents, simplify creating them, digitize paper documents, and increase customer services.
