Description
Building the intelligent system that recognizes voice input, converts it to text, and classifies it by issue type
A new function is coming soon to the Diia app, allowing Ukrainians to report community issues directly from their smartphones. Citizens will be able to shake their phones and record voice messages about road conditions, utilities, public spaces, or other local problems.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation, in cooperation with SoftServe, developed the technological solution for this service. The system uses speech recognition and artificial intelligence to convert audio into text, analyze the message, and automatically categorize it - for example, as roads, healthcare, or corruption.
All reports will be collected in a centralized database and visualized on an interactive map, helping the government monitor regional situations and respond more quickly to citizens’ needs.
