Help Ukrainian citizens affected by the war

Volunteers from the SoftServe office in Bulgaria created the solution for the Bulgarian Government in collaboration with Rakuten Viber for free. The decision is aimed at helping Ukrainians affected by the war.

We created the BG for Ukraine chat-bot so that Ukrainians could conveniently and quickly find out the latest information about their status in the country. In addition, the platform also offers help channels for those in need.

According to the preliminary results of the initiative, more than 8,000 Viber users got access to information from official sources about current regulations and government measures.
