Website for promotion of Ukrainian language teaching

SoftServe Lviv IT Academy has co-created an information portal for the Teach in Ukrainian initiative — where a map with filters was posted to search for clubs, educational institutions, and others.

A 2020 study revealed that among 300 private clubs and sections in the five largest cities of Ukraine, only 15% of them teach children exclusively in Ukrainian. Journalists, singers, actors, athletes, opinion leaders, and other public activists joined Teach in Ukrainian to support the Ukrainian language in the lives of citizens, in education, and in service.

Pilot cities for collecting information to fill the portal are Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and Zaporizhzhia.
