SoftServe’s Bulgarian office created a pro bono digital solution for the Bulgarian government in partnership with Rakuten Viber in the fight with the pandemic.
We created the COVID-19 Bulgaria chat-bot to provide all citizens in the country with up to date information regarding the pandemic.

Throughout this disease’s spread, COVID-19 Bulgaria has remained a reliable source of information on COVID-19’s development across the country with statistics on COVID-19 rates in Bulgaria, the latest official news, and daily briefings from the Bulgarian Coronavirus Pandemic Task Force.

As a result of this initiative, more than 3.5 million Viber users in Bulgaria have had access to information from official sources about the latest disease developments and government measures.
